[1] SANmelody™ will operate on disk servers that have more disk drives than shown under each Category column. However, the maximum number of disk drives that SANmelody will take advantage of is governed by the license parameters established for each Category.

For example, the Category A license will limit the number of disk drives under SANmelody's control to 8 even if the disk server has 15 disk drives attached.

Please refer to FAQ 729 on DataCore's SANmelody Technical Support Site for supported disk drives. The logical disk drive size limit is set to 500 GB per drive.
