DataCore Software Appoints Cindy Sauln, Former VERITAS Executive, VP of Customer Programs and Service

World-Class Customer Service Organization Underway as DataCore Storage Area Networking Software Solutions Ready for Shipping

Ft. Lauderdale, FL November 22, 1999 DataCore Software Corporation, a leading innovator in Storage Area Networking (SAN) Software, today announced the appointment of Cindy Sauln as Vice President of Customer Programs and Service. A veteran of the software and storage systems business, Sauln most recently served as Vice President of Customer Service at VERITASЎ Software Corporation (NASDAQ:VRTS), and Vice President of Customer Services and Sales for Digital Equipment Corporation (now Compaq Computer Corporation NYSE:CPQ), respectively.
