RISE and DataCore Software Sign Accord to Distribute SANmelody™ and Establish a Major SAN Demo Center in France

RISE to Showcase DataCore Virtual Capacity Auto-management, Price Performance leadership, and Range of Low-Cost iSCSI and FC SAN solutions

Paris, France [March 30, 2005]: RISE Storage Networks, a leading provider of innovative storage and SAN solutions in France, announced today that the company has agreed to team with DataCore Software to market and sell disk servers, iSCSI appliances, and Virtual Infrastructure software based on DataCore SANmelody™. Through this arrangement, RISE will deliver DataCore's automated Virtual Capacity software, the flexibility of hardware independence and unmatched price performance and cost savings of SANmelody based systems to SMB and Enterprise level users. RISE has set up an extensive demo center in Paris to showcase and demonstrate DataCore's advanced feature set and to work with its customers to design solutions to fit their needs. System integrators (SIs) and value added resellers (VARs) now have immediate access to a range of storage, expertise, services and productivity software from which to tailor affordable iSCSI/LAN and Fibre Channel SAN end-user storage solutions.
