NIWS and DataCore Target Financial Sector Partnership Extends SANsymphony Software Traction in Japanese Market SANsymphony™ Lowers Cost of Disaster Recovery, Leverages Underutilized Assets FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. (September 4, 2003) — DataCore Software, a leading provider of enterprise-class, open-storage networking software, today announced a joint sales and marketing agreement with NIWS Co. Ltd. in Japan. NIWS is a world-class business server solution provider formed as a joint venture between IBM Japan, Ltd. and Nomura Research Institute, Ltd. As a DataCore SANvantageSM partner, NIWS will deliver consulting, implementation and support services for SANsymphony™ installations in the Japanese financial sector.
