DataCore Showcases SAN Virtualization Software at Industry's Largest Interoperability Event

DataCore's Howey Chin to Present at Fibre Channel Technologies Conference

FCTC - SAN JOSE, Calif. (Oct. 10, 2000) - DataCore Software™ Corporation's award- winning SANsymphony™ Software will be an integral part of the SAN Vendor Interoperability Showcase at the Fibre Channel Technologies Conference 2000 (FCTC) being held Oct. 10th through 12th, at the Park Center Plaza in San Jose.

The Interoperability Showcase featuring SANsymphony Software is the only one sponsored by the FCTC this year. Hosted by SanOne, an Arizona-based provider of advanced storage technology, the Showcase will run continuously during show floor hours at Booth 1 and provide hands-on encounters with a variety of new SAN offerings including consolidated storage pooling "Powered by DataCore Software." Serverless backup and other Fibre Channel applications across multiple platforms from multiple vendors are also featured.

"The SAN showcase is a 'not to miss' event for anyone considering a SAN implementation," said Dr. Lance Leventhal, conference chairman. "This is an opportunity to see SANs at work, and gain critical knowledge about the technology and products that they can apply in their own environments."

FCTC, the only conference dedicated to SAN Fibre Channel technologies, is an annual symposium that brings together thousands of users, vendors, and integrators of Storage Area Network systems and components.
